Summer is almost here and as we prepare for the rest of the term we have quite a few things to look forward to including District Camp, a lovely walk along the Thames from Shiplake Station to the River and Rowing Museum and our end of term BBQ. |

| Welcome to the 1st Sonning Common Cub Pack's website. Our aim is to keep you up to date with our activities, both in the hut and out and about. |

We are constantly on the lookout for people with interesting hobbies and jobs to come and talk to the cubs. Likewise we would welcome regular help at our pack nights. |

Unfortunately our waiting list is closed to all those who are seven years old or above due to the large number of children on our list. To be on our waiting list you must live in either, Sonning Common, Gallowstree Common, Rotherfield Peppard, Kidmore End,Tokers Green or Cane End |

Church Parade takes place on the third Sunday of every month at St. John the Baptist, Kidmore End meeting at 10.40 am. This is a family service which parents are welcome to attend. The Cubs always enjoy a drink and a biscuit after the service and parents are able to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The only exceptions to this are Remembrance Sunday and St. Georges Day Parade. Please inform Akela if you child is unable to attend any parade service either by email through the website or by telephone |

Subscriptions are due at the start of each term and are currently £30.00, cheques should be made payable to Sonning Common Scout Group
